Join the Harris Center’s Bird Conservation Director, Phil Brown, and Community Programs Director, Susie Spikol, for a guided evening walk at McCabe Forest in Antrim. As dusk settles, we’ll explore field and forest trails in search of the sights and sounds of nocturnal and crepuscular wildlife.
Along the way, we may hear the haunting calls of owls, the distinctive displays of American woodcocks, and the spring chorus of spring peepers and wood frogs. This relaxed walk is a great opportunity to experience the forest at a time of day when many animals are just becoming active.
All ages are welcome. Please register in advance with The Grapevine.
