Programs & Support for Seniors/Older Adults

April 30, 2026

If you would like to be added to a mailing list announcing upcoming senior programming, please contact us.

Coffee & Conversation

The Grapevine regularly offers opportunities for seniors to connect and socialize at our monthly Coffee and Conversation.  Periodically, speakers are invited to discuss topics of interest, such as internet safety, updates on the Medicaid and Medicare programs, and legislative information sessions. Visit our events page to find the next upcoming meeting.

SAIL (Stay Active and Independent for Life) Exercise Group

Seniors stretching

Meetings at the Antrim Town Hall (wheelchair accessible)

In partnership with Antrim Recreation, SAIL Senior Exercise Group participants will improve overall strength, balance and coordination in a fun and relaxed setting. This program is offered at NO COST and is geared toward Seniors but open to all. Contact us or give us a call to register or learn more.

The Death And Dying Group

The Death And Dying group offers support and conversation for people in all stages of considering death and dying. Whether you have lost a loved one and are looking for ways to rebuild your life, or if you have a personal diagnosis or are just curious and open to speaking about the processes and emotions around death and dying, this is a great group to find supportive conversation and reflection. Give us call or contact us to inquire or sign up.
