The Grapevine Family & Community Resource Center is a community based non-profit organization located in Antrim, NH and serves families and individuals of the Eastern Monadnock region and beyond. We take pride in our friendly, team-oriented work environment and are seeking an experienced individual to lead our Family Support & Services.
The Family Support & Services Director is primarily an administrative and managerial role, and oversees all aspects of family programming at the Grapevine. Additional responsibilities of this position include community outreach and direct family support, as needed. This position is currently being offered as a part time position of 20 – 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow into a full time role. It requires an on site presence, though remote work and flexible hours will also be considered.

- Experience working in prevention based programs with children and families;

- Experience managing multiple staff with diverse backgrounds; takes a collaborative approach to supervision;
- Thrives in a team based setting and enjoys collective problem solving
Also a plus:
- Experience in grant writing and/or research
- Familiarity with New Hampshire Family Resource Centers
- Working knowledge of Google suite
- Bi-lingual / Spanish speaker
- Four year or advanced degree in Human Services/Family Studies/Child Development or related field
Range of compensation for this position is $24 – $27 per hour, commensurate with related experience and education/training. Other benefits for this part-time position include:
