Lisa Swarbrick

Lisa Swarbrick

Financial Coordinator & Office Administrator

lisas@grapevinenh.org

Hi, I’m Lisa Swarbrick and I am excited to be the Financial Coordinator/Office Manager of the Grapevine. Since starting here, I have felt that everything I have done in my life were steps leading me here.

I worked for one company for many years where I grew professionally and wore many hats. Throughout those years, I held positions of Office Manager, Accounting Manager, and Human Resource Director.

During my career, I also raised a family and did my best to make time for volunteer efforts. My most rewarding volunteer work was as a tutor at our local Adult Learning center. I assisted students in working to obtain their GED, as well as, those working to obtain citizenship. Later, I joined a committee that was seeking volunteers to help maintain the local hiking trails. It wasn’t long after, thinking that I was just going to help out a little bit here and there, that I then became the Chairperson for 7 years for the Friends of North Andover Trails Committee.

As a new resident to the area, I am so happy to have found a place where I can apply my experience and skills into an organization and a community that puts family and well-being as their first priority.

Whenever not working, I can be found landscaping, gardening, creating memories with my grandchildren, or planning & hosting social events; especially themed tea parties.

Erica Snyder

Parent Group Facilitator & Home Visitor / Community Resources Coordinator

ericas@grapevinenh.org

Hi I’m Erica! They say it takes a community to raise a child and that is exactly what I found at the Grapevine.  I am a licensed recovery support worker and have a passion for supporting families and caregivers on their journey through parenthood and love to see the connections made through this work!

I am a lifelong resident of Antrim and I love the sense of community here. When I’m not working you can find me at home with my three children and husband.

As Hellen Keller said alone we can do so little; but together we can do so much.

Arlene Soule

Avenue A Club Coordinator

arlenes@grapevinenh.org

Hi I am Arlene. In 2015 I began my connection with The Grapevine by volunteering at Avenue A Club. I organize and run the middle school after school club at our Avenue A Teen Center, which provides a fun and safe place for students to socialize and make new friends.

I have a M.S. in Education.  I previously worked for 22 years providing programs focused on resiliency skills needed to reduce drug misuse, bullying and violence in children in grades K-8.

I love being a part of The Grapevine; it provides awesome services for the people in our community.  I am so proud to be a part of this organization and to meet and work with local youth and their families.

I have two grown children of my own and I love being a parent and a teacher!  In my spare time I enjoy botany, watercolor painting, volunteering at Antrim Elementary School and spending time with family.

Jacqueline Roland

Avenue A Teen + Community Center Coordinator

jacqueliner@grapevinenh.org

Hi, I’m Jacqueline and I joined the Grapevine in 2016.  I plan programs for our Avenue A Teen Center, which serves over 300 youth from the ConVal region. I also coordinate over 60 volunteers and interns who make these programs possible.

Previously, I organized children’s programs for the Olivia Rodham Memorial Library, worked for the Monadnock Pumpkin Festival, blogged for Stay Work Play, and Co-Chaired the New Hampshire Legislative Youth Advisory Council. I received a BA in Public Relations from Southern New Hampshire University.

I love spending time with our teens—hearing their stories and marveling at their talent in music, writing, sports, and anything they put their minds to! I specialize in cheering awkwardly during music performances, basketball games, or any other situation where awkward cheering feels even more awkward.

When I’m not at the Teen Center, I can be found drinking tea, grocery shopping, or watering my menagerie of houseplants!

Rosemary Nugent

Kinship Navigator

rosemaryn@grapevinenh.org

Hi, my name is Rosemary Nugent and I first connected to the Grapevine as a grandparent.  In 2015, a new group, “Grandparents Raising Grandchildren “ was formed and I became an avid member of the group and like they say, the rest is history.

As Kinship Navigator, it is my hope to support and connect other grandparents and kinship caregivers to resources  that will help them in their new roles. My position as state rep for Generations United and my work on  the NH Senate Commission, Studying Grandfamilies in NH, will certainly work to my advantage.

I live in Antrim with my husband, grandson, 3 cats and one crazy dog and enjoy camping with my family and substitute teaching at Antrim Elementary School.
